Results have been posted!

I am more sore today then I was yesterday. I felt like a 60 year old man when I crawled out of bed. Please see the link on the right of this blog to see the overall results as well as the results for each individual event.

I also included some notable results from this year's NFL Combine to compare our results to those of the pros. I think this says a lot for how great of athletes college and NFL football players really are. In most cases you will see that I posted the 10th best offensive lineman's results in the 2010 combine. And in most cases that guy is faster, can jump higher, etc. than most of us that participated - even though they all weigh over 300 lbs.

Thanks again to everyone. Not only was it a successful event in terms of raising money, but I think everyone involved had a great time.

As always, if you could not make it this past weekend and would still like to contribute, please see the link on the right of the blog to make a donation. We will see you all in late summer / early fall for the 6th Annual Cornhole Tournament.

I will post the pictures sometime this week.

Wow! The Inaugural Combine for Autism was a HUGE success!

I would like to thank everyone for helping to make the Inaugural Combine for Autism a HUGE success! The rain held off until we finished all of the events. In all, we had 19 competitors (20 including Brady). I will post detailed results and pictures soon. At the end of the day, the overall winner was Jason Dray - who finished in first place in 4 of the 7 events. The Mr. Irrelevant (last place) trophy went to my step-brother Joe Milligan (Brady was not eligible for the Mr. Irrelevant trophy). Thanks for being a good sport Joe. We raised a total of $675 from the event and an additional $45 has been donated directly on our Walk Now for Autism site for a total of $720.

In addition to all of the participants and donators, I would like to thank the following people for their help during the event:

- Chris Donovan (for us of his bench and weights)
- Dustin Gardner & Mike Casasanta - our event officials and time keepers
- Katie Casasanta, Kasey Friesner, and anyone else who kept an eye on Delaney during the event
- Justin and Kasey Friesner for coordinating pizza order and all the other help in coordinating / recruiting for the event
- John Pelzer for ruining my self esteem forever by beating me in the 40

To keep the tradition alive with the Cornhole Tournament, I also knocked out a nice 15 second keg stand at the end of the night. I am planning on icing down my hammys, hips, and knees for the next week in order to complete the half marathon on May 1. I find myself getting more sore by the minute. I hope to have results posted later today.

You all have to see this. Hilarious! My new goal is to just beat Eisen's 40 time of 6.25 seconds.
